Domestic Team Leader

The Opportunity

Wycombe Abbey is a world-class full-boarding school for girls. With its distinctive heritage, magnificent 170-acre campus and impressive resources, the School provides an outstanding education for 650 pupils aged 11-18.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Domestic Team Leader, experienced in supervising teams, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are delivered across allocated areas and facilities. The postholder will take responsibility for the day to day management of a team Domestic Assistants, allocating and monitoring tasks, inducting and training new team members and supporting the Deputy Domestic Manager in deep-clean timetables and additional requirements for large events.

Wycombe Abbey is located on a beautiful site in the centre of High Wycombe, a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
