We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our thriving Sixth Form. The Director of Sixth Form will also lead on Sixth Form admissions, marketing, outreach, and student welfare, and will act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for Years 12 and 13.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in senior leadership and a passion for supporting young people through their Sixth Form journey and beyond.
In return, we can offer an excellent working environment, 35 term-time weeks, CPD opportunities through our membership of the Harpur Trust, the option to be part of a private healthcare scheme and generous pension scheme and fee remission (subject to availability and entrance requirements).
We encourage applications from all communities as we want to have a workforce that reflects the social, cultural and ethnic diversity of our students.
