Head of Futures (Full time/Permanent)

We are seeking an outstanding and forward-thinking professional to lead our Futures provision, ensuring pupils are exceptionally well prepared for higher education, careers, and life beyond school.

This is an opportunity to shape and lead a high-profile, whole-school initiative. The successful candidate will inspire high aspirations and ensure that all pupils are equipped to succeed in an increasingly competitive and global landscape. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in higher education guidance, careers education, or school leadership
• A strong understanding of UK and international university admissions
• The ability to build meaningful relationships with pupils, parents, and external partners
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• A passion for supporting young people to achieve ambitious outcomes

A careers guidance qualification or teaching background is desirable but not essential.
