Millfield School is seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Cricket to lead and develop its cricket programme for students in Years 9–13. This is a senior coaching and leadership role within our ambitious sports environment, with responsibility for shaping player development, coaching standards and the strategic direction of cricket across the school.

Working Hours and Salary
This is a year-round role working 42 hours per week, typically across Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday work required to support fixtures, tournaments or events.
