What you’ll be doing
As part of a collaborative partnership, you’ll work closely with your job-share partner and school leaders to:
This is a part time role, 3 days per week (Weds-Fri), and will typically be based in the office 1-2 days per week
What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role
You’re CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) with extensive HR partnering experience. You enjoy variety, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and are comfortable building trust with leaders and staff alike. Education sector experience is preferred, or at least a demonstrable knowledge of the sector. What really matters the most is your ability to partner, communicate effectively, influence and find pragmatic solutions.
