People Partner (Job Share)

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR professional who loves variety, collaboration and impact? We’re looking for a People Partner to join us in a job share, working across a group of leading independent girls’ schools.

What you’ll be doing 

As part of a collaborative partnership, you’ll work closely with your job-share partner and school leaders to: 

• Provide confident, practical advice on a wide range of people matters 
• Provide technical and hands-on guidance for organisational change and restructuring 
• Support employee wellbeing, development and engagement 
• Champion an inclusive, positive and collaborative workplace culture 
• Help our schools stay ahead in a changing education landscape 

This is a part time role, 3 days per week (Weds-Fri), and will typically be based in the office 1-2 days per week

What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role 

You’re CIPD-qualified (or equivalent) with extensive HR partnering experience. You enjoy variety, can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and are comfortable building trust with leaders and staff alike. Education sector experience is preferred, or at least a demonstrable knowledge of the sector. What really matters the most is your ability to partner, communicate effectively, influence and find pragmatic solutions.
