Boarding lies at the very heart of the Brambletye community and we have an exceptional opportunity for a new Head of Boarding to join us and to take the lead in both the operational and strategic direction of the boarding provision at the school.
This is a standalone role with no teaching commitments where the Head of Boarding will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of the boarding provision for up to 100 boarders and for creating an atmosphere of care, support, fun and consistency.
The Head of Boarding will be instrumental in maintaining and developing an excellent team spirit, a healthy morale amongst our boarding and residential community, and providing a dynamic, forward-thinking, outward-looking leadership which supports the philosophy, aims and policies of the school.
This is a rewarding and high-profile position within the school with the opportunity to influence and play a central and leading role in life here at Brambletye.
